Services Offered - In–Home Care

Special dietary requirements are easily accommodated.

Our experienced team works under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and provides assistance in:

• Personal care
• Bathing
• Prescribed exercises
• Special health concerns

Home making services are offered in conjunction with personal care and may include:

• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Errands
• Meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping

Touchmark's experienced team of dedicated, well-trained personnel provide a variety of services throughout much of Central Oregon. Call for details.

We provide the services your doctor recommends. All care under the supervision and case management of a Registered Nurse. Our services include:

• Skilled Nursing
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech and Language Services
• Medical Social Services
• A nurse, therapist, or Home Health aide
• Free Medicare eligibility evaluations

Our friendly, responsive office staff are always available for your questions, and we handle all of the care authorization and billing. Home Health is licensed by the State of Oregon and Medicare Certified. We accept assignment, private insurance, and private-pay arrangements.
